You can control the video playback speed with keyboard shortcuts:
(Default Avid shortcuts)
- L – Play forward
- LL – Play forward at 1.5 speed
- LLL – Play forward 2 times faster
- LLLL = Play forward 5 times faster
- K – Pause
- L – Play backwards
- LL – Play backwards at 1.5 speed
- LLL – Play backwards 2 times faster
- LLLL = Play backwards 5 times faster
- 1 and 2 – Step forward and backwards 10 frames
- 3 and 4 – Step forward and backwards 1 frame
- Arrow L and R Step forward and backwards 1 frame
- Arrow up and down to go to the next and previous file
