The Trusted Partner Network (TPN) is a joint venture between two major entertainment industry associations, the Motion Picture Association (MPA) and the Content Delivery & Security Association.

TPN has a two-fold focus:

• Help companies prevent leaks, breaches, and hacks of their customers’ movies and television shows prior to their intended release.

• Raise security awareness, preparedness, and capabilities within the industry.

• They seek to solve the first issue with a centralized database, where companies such as HBO, Warner Brothers, Netflix easily can compare vendors (such as ioGates) on a wide area of security issues.
